By downloading, installing, or using the Predictify mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RE-NE-RE Zagreb d.o.o.(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the Republic of Croatia.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Predictify. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

Predictify is a football match prediction application that allows users to:

• Predict outcomes and scores of real football matches
• Compete against other users in leagues and arenas
• Earn points, rankings, and virtual achievements
• Track their performance through an ELO rating system

Predictify is a game of skill and knowledge. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Virtual points, medals, and achievements have no monetary value.

4.1 Registration

To use Predictify, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and username, or by signing in through Google or Apple.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@predictify.gg if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

4.4 One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or gain competitive advantages is prohibited.

4.5 Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive service messages relating to your account — verification codes, password resets, changes to your subscription, delivery of prizes you have won, and notices of material changes to these Terms or our Privacy Policy. These are part of the service and cannot be disabled while your account is active.

Optional product updates about new features and leagues are sent only if you opt in, and can be switched off at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle these communications.

5.1 General Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the App or its scoring systems
• Use automated bots, scripts, or other tools to make predictions
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Use the App to distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not include the following in your username, profile photo, or private-league names:

• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language targeting race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability
• Explicit sexual or pornographic imagery or text
• Violence, threats, or content promoting harm against any person
• Impersonation of other users, public figures, or organisations
• Commercial promotion, spam, or external advertising

5.3 Enforcement

When we become aware of content that violates this Section 5, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Rename the user’s handle to a generic placeholder
• Reset the profile photo to the default
• Permanently remove the account

Account removal is irreversible. The associated email address is freed for future re-registration.

5.4 Reporting

To report content or behaviour that violates these standards, email support@predictify.gg with the user’s handle and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

If you believe a moderation action against your account was applied in error, contact us at the same address with details of your account and the action taken.

6.1 League Rules

All predictions must be submitted before the kickoff time of the respective match. Predictions submitted after kickoff will not be counted.

6.2 Private Leagues

Users may create private leagues and invite others using a unique code. The creator of a private league is responsible for ensuring that all invited participants agree to these Terms.

6.3 Scoring System

Points are awarded based on our proprietary rarity-based scoring formula. The Company reserves the right to adjust the scoring system at any time. Decisions made by our scoring system are final.

6.4 ELO Rating

ELO ratings are calculated automatically based on performance in the Arena. The Company reserves the right to adjust the ELO calculation methodology at any time.

7.1 Virtual Items

Points, ELO ratings, medals, achievements, and rankings within Predictify are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money or goods outside the App.

7.2 Premium Subscription Rewards

Where the Company offers free Premium subscription periods as prizes or rewards, these are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8.1 Subscription Plans

Predictify offers optional paid subscription plans (“Premium”) that remove advertisements and provide access to additional features.

Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with two billing intervals:

• Monthly — charged once per month, renews automatically every month
• Yearly — charged once per year, renews automatically every year

Exact pricing in your local currency is displayed inside the app before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. See Section 8.3 below for cancellation instructions.

8.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

8.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Premium features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

9.1 Our Content

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding third-party content such as league logos), is owned by RE-NE-RE Zagreb d.o.o. and protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Football league logos, team logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners (UEFA, Premier League, Bundesliga, etc.). Their use within the App is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

9.3 User Content

By submitting any content (such as usernames or profile photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with operating the App.

10.1 No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that match data will always be accurate.

10.2 Match Data

Match scores and results are sourced from third-party providers. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in match data that may affect scoring.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian and applicable EU law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App’s Settings menu.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.

14.1 Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and the Company only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Company, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

14.2 Scope of License

The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

14.3 Maintenance and Support

The Company is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

14.4 Warranty

The Company is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

14.5 Product Claims

The Company, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

14.6 Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Company, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

14.7 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14.8 Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
